Caught Bruce Springsteen Friday.

Great speech before "Livin' in the Future," in which the Boss recalled living in an America in which torture and domestic surveillance weren't issues that were even up for debate, much less openly practiced. Big farewell to his recently deceased keyboardist (this show was the final one that had been rescheduled due to the death) during the first two songs.

Highlight of the show was the encore. I managed to not weep openly during "Thunder Road." All the house lights came up during "Born to Run." It was bright as day in the arena.

Anyway, the Boss ruled. So, so worth the ridiculous amount of money I dropped on a floor ticket.

Tonight: Radiohead. And then I gotta sit around till June waiting for Pearl Jam to come through town.

For me the highlight was "The Rising>Last To die". But damn, four song encore.... Kitty's Back! Growin Up!

There were definitely some gems on it. I've seen Springsteen 7 times now and I don't think I've ever seen him do Kitty's Back.

It's always a treat when he does stuff off of The Wild and the Innocent

I have seen him three times and all three shows rocked my world.

There is no one in rock n' roll who puts into a show what Bruce does -- no one!

I was still poopin' in diapers when Bruce had his heyday. :P
