It's amazing how much better you feel after a good night's sleep.
I haven't been sleeping well the past few nights. Finally was able to last night.

7. I'm home today, so you can call at any time.
I just e-mailed my boss to say I'm staying home.

My wheelchair is in the shop, it's raining, and I'm in pain. Good reasons to stay home.

Seriously.

I can knock off 11 or 12 hours straight if I'm tired enough.

Eight hours is never enough for me to feel rested.

Ten is better. Eleven or twelve is heavenly.
