good news all the way around......

My doc called this morning and the high glucose reading from last week must have been a fluke. The A1c test showed my blood sugar levels within the normal range for the past three months.

My dog Egypt's weird funky spots on her belly were, in fact, black fly bites - just as Bi-Baby had suggested. Confirmation came from my ex SIL who is a vet. Little MB was so concerned, she emailed the pics to her aunt and she said they were black fly bites.

My dog Luna had a recheck and her e.coli, kidney and bladder infections seem to have cleared up and we have one more follow-up visit for the 24th. She is running, taking four steps at a time, and gaining weight again.

I've had severe migraines almost every day for three weeks. It's Friday, so tonight I take my once-per-week arthritis med that causes me to sleep for almost constantly for two days and then have three more days of guaranteed migraines. x(

Life is not good right now. I'm so tired of throbbing, aching, screaming pain and not being able to look at anything or listen to anything without pain. :(
