I might need a pesto intervention
For supper tonight I have ciabatta toast topped with:

Yer basic basil pesto

Yer sundried tomato pesto

Yer fancy schmancy artichoke lemon pesto.

I consider Mother's Day the earliest date possible to plant outdoor in my neck of the frozen tundra that is upstate NY.

6. We've had stuff in from the middle of March.
I've got cherry tomatoes almost ripe, romas getting there, better boys starting, beans developing and lots of herbs.

7. ah yes, the temperate climate....
:D

This is our first spring here at this house, so we are not going to really plant since we don't know how the yard grows, but I will have basil in the window boxes be the end of the week.

5. I have a couple of basil plants
to set out, but it's been cold and rainy here lately. Hope it warms up soon.

I want to make my own basil pesto too. :9 :9

At this point, I'm afraid if you squeeze me, olive oil will come out.
