Is anyone in touch with their thoughts and emotions?

Does anyone share themselves with anyone else without shading the truth?

I am pretty in touch with my thoughts and emotions. I don't lie, but I don't intentionally raise ire with those closest to me either. I consider it diplomacy and good manners.

Also, I don't exactly spill my most intimate feelings or guts to strangers, or just anyone that comes along either. That's just naive, and can backfire.

What's your beef?
