This was a comment by a jealous American stripper looking over her shoulder at a more successful Brazilian stripper.

Heard this many years ago when I was a wild and crazy guy.

The Brazilian stripper was well known for sending all her money home to her father, who had purchased a farm for her with the money. Hence:

"Every time that bitch does a lap dance she buys a cow in Brazil."
