i realized that milestones have happened in my life . . .
in the years ending in *7* . . .

both good and horrendous.

anyone else notice a trend with *number* years in their lives?

1957 born
1977 married
1997 mother passed away

I'm sure there's more ....

5. auntAgonist -- those are the same years
those 3 events happened for me!! What a fun coincidence!!!

I also got my favorite job in 1987 (laid-off in 2001) and quit the most stressful job I ever had in 2007.

On another vein....Do you have kids? my daughter was born in 1980 and son born in 1981. Oh, and I'm still married.

1986: USS Challenger explodes
1996: The Avalanche win their first Stanley Cup
2006: I graduate from college

I guess We'll see what happens in 2016 then? :shrug:

but three very big ones

my father died in 1982

my little brother died in 1992

and my big brother died in 2002


but my Mom broke tradition and died in 2006...
