I don't think I've seen one of these since when the Chimp's 1st coronation or whenever cell phones became cheap enough. When was the last time you saw a bag or brick cell phone or a car phone?

1. Hospitals still use them all the time.
But for the giant cell phones? Only on TV or in the movies and then I just shudder and think of the radiation.

2. I still have one the company insisted I carry
It doesn't have an account so it's totally useless in that regard, but it still makes a nice paper clip.

The company experienced a series of major finical setback that cost a lot of money and ultimately closed the doors to the company. Nasty ending to a flakey construction company that sent me all around the country installing stores in shopping malls. I learned to put the batteries in upside down so the pager wouldn't work because the damn thing only brought me bad news.

5. Today, work gave me one
They say it has less dead spots than a cell phone. Although to be honest, I haven't put a battery in it, in like a year and half.

use it everyday at work. Very handy and I can clip it on my bra strap out of sight. Hey! It beats almost flushing it down the toilet if I hang it on the waist of my pants! :hi:
