1. The deal was "another 15 when we get to Alderaan."
No Alderaan, no deal.

And those shiny medals at the end of EPIV were just gold-plated.

3. Two "atta-boys" and smooch before carbon-freezing
But surely Leia must've had a trust fund or something. You'd think that she could have floated him some cash, especially when he didn't make fun of her hair. WTF is her problem?

4. Because it wasn't just about the money.
Jabba was pissed and he wanted blood.

5. The Hutts can be a very petty species.
The money probably wouldn't have been enough to satisfy Jabba. He was perfectly happy having Han frozen in carbonite forever... That or watching Han die a slow death.

Either would have worked out just fine, but noooo... Han had to go and spoil Jabba's fun by escaping and surviving!

Jabba wanted Han dead.

Anyone else freaked out by the love interest in the first movie between Leia and Luke, when they"re brother and sister?

Khash.

7. I'm turned off to the whole discussion now......
.....ever since Lucas released that POS "director's cut" dropping a CGI Jabba into the film who was made to look like a clown.
