1. Either you are you aren't, but the severity can depend on the person.
I used to be really lactose intolerant as a kid, but my sensitivity to it has waned over the last few years, and now I can handle it just fine. It's only when I have a WHOLE LOT that I start to notice any effect.

2. I am having weird stuff.
I can ingest hard cheese, milk, ice cream, heavy cream, half and half as I want. But within 1/2 hour of ingesting soft cheeses (ricotta, etc.) watch out.

3. I find that most of my digestive problems are cheese-related too.
... oddly enough, most of my jokes are cheese related as well.

4. Remember, only junk science arrives at causations when there are correlations present!
:D

5. No, I know there's no correlation.
Since my cheesy jokes usually make OTHER people sick, not me. :P

9. No, but you could have a different sort of sensitivity.
Hi, flvegan here. Let me tell you about dairy and your potential sensitivity to it, okay? Right.

You may be somewhat lactose intolerant, like almost everyone in the world but are you allergic to casein? Your doctor can do a couple tests (neither particularly friendly) to find those answers (one is breath, and one is...well, poop).

You know, just to toss a statistic out there, that almost 90% of the entire world is somehow intolerant of ingesting dairy? As I understand it, the other 10% are mooing as we speak. That's like having a car that runs on petrol and someone says, "hey, let's put diesel in here and see how it goes 'round."

11. I think I might be.
I stopped eating dairy for a few months back when I was experimenting with a vegan diet instead of just a vegetarian one... I eventually went back to drinking milk but now I feel sick if I drink too much of it. Guess during those months I lost some of my lactose tolerance or something.
