the manager of the local Olive Garden called and left a message for me yesterday after he received my complaint from the corporate office. we went there a couple of weeks ago (only because we had a gift certificate!) and my 2 1/2 yr old daughter's plate was way too hot and her chicken tenders were too hot to eat for a very long time. I am looking forward to his return call so we can chat about what went wrong. oh, and a complimentary gift card is in the mail from corporate office. so I guess I'll be eating there again sometime soon.
