4. I do enjoy Popeye's on occasion
and you are right about the Biscuits. There is a Popeye's about ten miles up the highway. About once a year I go wild and get the Spicy, oh my, that sticks with ya for awhile.

A couple of months back, Al Copeland, the creator of Popeye's died. His funeral in New Orleans was awesome. A Jazz funeral through town and his coffin was in an all glass horse drawn caison. Popeye's employees showed up at graveside in their work uniforms singing for Al. Lordy it was quite the site, just what Al wanted.

7. Hey Bake
Not only that but the Popeye's close to me makes very little effort in keeping the place clean so ya got ambience and added surprises in the taste. Damn they do a great job with Chicken. I won't bad mouth the Colonel but I'd much rather have Popeyes.

15. I make a similar biscuit....
Aside from the butter, they can be fairly fat-free. But then again, what's a biscuit without a slathering of butter?

8. YES I AM
I love Brussel Sprouts and Onions. Together or separate. Are they Vidalia Onions?? If there is a God somewhere I thank him/her for my far reaching taste buds.

9. Just regular old white onions.
I never liked brussel sprouts until recently. Now I can't eat enough of them! I tossed them in Good Season's Italian Dressing and roasted them. Divine. :9

10. And
if my nutritional synopsis are correct, anything green is good for you. I just love veggies (with the slight and possible exception of asparagus.) Brussel Sprouts are freaking awesome. Have you fried okra? My wife doesn't like the mess in her kitchen but there is a restaurant near by that takes care of my cravings for the little rascals.
