1. I read about it a while back... from what I gathered

what it does is increase the efficiancy of the fuel you're already using. Obviously you can't just add energy. I've only heard of it being used in big trucks though, not small cars.

2. There's a guy here in Alabama who says he does it.

It was on the local news in Huntsville a week or so ago.
20 gal. water tank in the trunk of his '96 Caddy.
Electric converter under the hood.
About the size of an oil filter.

Feed the H into the engine's air intake.
Claims he went from 19 to 53 mpg.

Sounds more greedy than the oil companies, with what the procedure entails... I wonder if he offers a warranty (I bet not...)

Requires distilled water too...

$5500 initial cost plus fresh water all the time... and in an old car too... better to get a new car fitted with the device at no extra charge, or a hybrid and not bother with tomfoolery.
