Why the hell did I get out of bed at 6:45am on a Saturday?
On a 3-day weekend, no less.

WTF?

Anyone else wake up inexplicably early?

I even drank a whole bottle of wine last night and got about 4.5 hours sleep.

2. I NEVER want to get out of bed, normally
Weekdays, weekends, afternoons - ha!

Dunno what's up. I guess I am meant to Do Something Very Important today.

Like eat the shit out of this buttery toast.

3. I found as I got older, I lost the ability to sleep to late on weekends
Frustrating really, as it's one of the few chances I have to catch up on my sleep.

5. My Grandma's phone call woke you up too???
It wasn't inexplicable for me. My Grandma was trying to find my mom (she lives with her). She had forgotten she had a "beauty appointment".

6. Sounds like me...
On workdays, I could sleep until noon,
but on weekends or days off, I'm wide awake before sunrise.
Go figure...

11. Me too.
I have no idea why I got out of bed so early since I've got a headache from lack of sleep and want to climb back into the bed.

12. had a terrible night's sleep
Got up about 2:30, got about 4 hrs altogether.
Too nice to sleep now, going to go for a drive and a walk in the woods with my wife and dog, do nothing requiring thought.

Have a great weekend anyway.

14. The damn cats got me up at around the same time
Crying and scratching at 6:15 and running around like maniacs. I want to take a nap now but "Wait, Wait, Don't Tell Me" is on at 11.
