My husband was a huge Cash fan (before it was popular and because of his childhood). I used to call him my very own "Man in Black". The video is stunning to me as well.

on a table behind where he sat at the kitchen table.

I was an old Zenith Tube radio, and it was always tuned to WJJD AM country in Chicago.

We heard Johnny Cash, Hank Williams, Hank Snow, Patsy Cline, real country.

I rebelled and said I hated it when I became a teen, but have come to really appreciate it in my adult years.

In fact, most of the songs we played at his service were by Hank Williams, Willie Nelson, Johnny Cash, etc... I can't listen to any of them much right now. I grew up with it as well, and rebelled as you did... but MrG never did. :hug:
