Just a few minutes ago, I came across this.

Not something I'd want to see if I was just planning on a dip in the water.

( Each autumn (March-April) at Ningaloo Reef, of the coast of Western Australia, Mantas appear in large numbers, apparently to take advantage of the rich feeding afforded by the mass spawning or corals and other reef creatures that takes place at this time. Where the Mantas go when they leave Ningaloo is not known... Apart from courtship and mating, Mantas do not appear to be particularly social. Mantas frequently aggregate at rich feeding sites and cleaning stations, but there is little evidence of social interaction among them... Outside breeding season, most passively grazing animals — such as cows, deer, antelopes, and apparently Mantas — show little awareness in one another other than avoiding collisions.)

And what's with the hole at the end of the prow? Is that the bathroom!?

The hole at the end of the Bow Pulpit is for the Anchor Chain and the end of the anchor itself.

I would love to see that either from a boat or even in the water...I love to snorkel among the sea critters....

I would be in AWE...
