I am an Idiot!

yesterday I was out carrying a banner for our county commissioner(whom I intern for)during the memorial day parade in my city...
..well...I FORGOT sunblock
so I was outside for 5 1\2 hours in the sun...
...with my pale Irish freckly skin
now I hurt
I am a dumbass

I use Noxzema to take out the sting and heat of the sunburn.

I hope it isn't too bad and at least this will remind you to apply sunscreen for the rest of the summer. :(

But the real question is what to do now. Aloe vera or noxzema should help. Solarcaine can too. And, now, hopefully you've learned not to do that again! Sheesh, girl, you ain't stupid! Use your intelligence and use sunscreen!

15. I have very fair skin

I don't really tan... i burn to the point of getting huge blisters (scars to prove it). So I use sunscreen or cover up. And here in Texas, skin cancer is almost a given after a few years in the sun. I do like to tan but I have to make sure I use the right tanning lotion/sunscreen.
