I need a smoke like NOW!!!
My Quit Date: 5/2/2005
Smoke-Free Days: 1122
Cigarettes Not Smoked: 22,458
Amount Saved: $5610
Life Gained: Days: 156 Hrs: 5 Mins: 30 Seconds: 17

I NEED A SMOKE NOW!!! Do you see how long I haven't had a cigarette??????

and I want one right now!!

Please????

Please give me a smoke.

but you're right I don't really want one, just thought I'd ask for one, like, you know, like the old days when I did smoke. :cry: :cry: :cry: But, I'm over them.......really, I am, over smoking. So thanks for saying no. :hug:

6. Thanks Fox, I needed that......it's just when I get into a situation
where I need something to just calm me......a smoke is the first thing I think of.....HELP......but, I really am over them....and thanks Fox for reminding me. :hug:

You've quit and you've done very well. We won't indulge you in a slow form of suicide. Ex-smokers go one of two ways - either they still sometimes want one or even the idea makes them sick. Sometimes a combination of the two. Don't give in to the urge. Besides, I'm keeping all my smokes to myself!

21. Don't do it. You got a beautiful quit going there. I know you are still vulnerable at
times. They say that it takes 3 years for doctors to consider you a non smoker. You are getting there. Don't give up.
