I have a house at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. NW in Washington, DC.
This historic property with its spacious, manicured grounds is even featured on U.S. currency. It is conveniently located to Metro (McPherson Square), all Federal offices, shopping, dining, and more.

I am looking to evict the current tenant ASAP for gross breach of contract.

2. You'll need to tent the place for a month
to get the bugs out after he's gone, though.

3. Hmm... I like the location , but what I'm REALLY looking for is some sort of underground bunker.
Does this property have access to some sort of bunker like that, perhaps where one might be able to store assorted valuables? You know, treasure, documents, Vice Presidents... That sort of thing?

5. Freudian Post O' The Week!
The neighboors are so hung up on privacy

Actually it is this problem tenant who is the boor. That's why I need to get him out of there! "There goes the neighborhood..."

6. I heard the current tenants really trashed it.
Hopefully some better folks can move in and improve the neighborhood.

7. There's a lot of that going around these days
once tenants know they're being foreclosed on, that's what they do -- trash the place.
