Is this hypocritical?
I was listening to two co-workers talk.

One of them was pissed off at some Liberian in the US who decided to bash the US and his ill treatment here despite getting free college and everything else. (I dunno the whole story, but personally I'd personally be damn appreciative and grateful if I got free college... and you know me, EVERYBODY should get free higher education) Anyway, the co-worker said the typical "love it or leave it" comment.

I was SO TEMPTED to tell him to leave our employer, because he does nothing but complain about how things are being ran. (As for me, I only care if I have a job or not and it's my job I do well. Damn well.) And it gets on my nerves.

Is he being hypocritical?

Some day I swear I'm going to call him on it.

I'd do it the next time he opened his trap. Jokingly, of course. And then I'd do it again and again, and make a running joke out of it. Every time he complained I'd say - Your company, love it or leave it - and laugh.
