Maybe this is a reason why Microsoft OSes are such bloaty crappiles, they don't want to be emulated with any reasonable speed...

And why XP lacks the integrated Java machine is beyond me, several websites I go to need the bloody software... damn M$!

7. you guys make me crazy
my computer does what it does and thats it! Every time I try something things get tangled. Will stick with the basics. Works for me here at DU. Wish I had your brains. I even typeset (can you believe it) the maintainence, operating, etc., manuals for the first desk tops (IBM) in Boca Raton. Wish I'd paid more attention. Also worked on first main frame computers for RCA (1964). They were as big as the average tracter trailer. And here I sit, chugging along on this site.
