YUM!!!!! Oh, man, that's pungent! Where have they been all my life? I think I found something to get me away from those fat-dripping "Ritz" crackers....

I'm one of the lucky ones. My GF gets Chinese Resteraunt Headache Really bad... They are SO good! I love Wasabi anyway, and Horseradish, and Coleman's mustard...

13. Fried peas rolled in Wasabi sauce...
Little green balls that when you pop 'em in your mouth, first you get the "kick" from the Wasabi, then they're crunchy.

10. Wasabi is Japanese horseradish
My son is fond of it -- likes to mix it into his ramen. Wasabi peas are those round green things you might see at nut stands.

11. No, little dried balls of the green stuff you get with sushi
Not as hot as it is in the undried form. You can find them in health food stores, in bags of Rice Cracker mix and lots of other places. They are between Grey Poupon mustard and medium salsa on the hot scale.
