this man I saw riding a horse by the side of a 2-lane highway in eastern KY, cowboy hat and boots and all. Talking on a cell phone. I about ran off the damn road turning to look. :D

5. All cowboys use cell phones these day!

My horses will instantly stop and side step over to the side of the arena when they hear a phone. It can be a problem when someone elses phone rings and your own horse stops dead but it makes for interesting looking cowboy/girl crashes. Seriously, they are trained that way on purpose.

But only when you think about the chance that indoor plumbing and electricity are luxuries for only the rich in this man's city, then yeah, it takes on a kind of humor. There is a real chance this man has never had to go "jiggle the handle" of a running toilet, but curses his carrier for dropped calls several times a day.
