Am I an inside trader?

I have some stock in the company my son works for. He works in the warehouse unloading trucks and stocking the goods. When he's working overtime, I buy more stock. When his hours get cut, I unload some of it. If he gets laid off, I'll dump the whole works. Do you think I'll go to jail for this?
