I'm not really an atheist, and I can't understand JC Watts
My favorite joke of a black republican, JC Watts has been popping up all over the place lately, ever since he quit Congress. I still can't figure this guy out. Why in the hell would a black guy become a Repug?

I'm sure that they treat him like shit. But he takes it again and again.

If he were a Democrat he would not be a national figure like he is with the GOP. Self-hate is likely a factor too.

2. An analogy
Remember the old story about the guy who got a job in the circus shoveling elephant shit? (elephant is too appropriate) It was a filthy , disgusting and even humiliating job and he complained often. Finally someone asked him, "Why don't you just quit?". His response was "What? And leave Show Business?!!!"

JC Watts is like that. He gets media attention and personal attention at repub gatherings (something like: "OOOhhhhh looook! OUR black man is here!!!")as well as a Coach class ticket on the Republican gravy train. All-in-all he must think it's a pretty good gig.

3. The morale here is, when you lose your self respect you can do
ANYTHING!!!

Just the same, I wish he get a post pundit life to go along with his post congressional life.

There's no reason to respect anything this guy says, unless he's admitting his fellow repugs treat him like shit.
