My 4 year old threw up for the first time EVER. Ask me anything...
3:00 in the morning. In her bed. Sheesh...

She comes into our room near histarical. Poor thing didn't have a clue what just happened. She couldn't understand why her insides were coming out of her mouth.

She only spit up mommy-milk a handfull of times when she nursed - but has NEVER puked or had a stomach bug in 4+ years. The kid must have an iron stomach like her daddy. I refuse to let myself puke even when sick or hungover.

3. My 3 month old doesn't spit up much
but yesterday I was doing some cleaning up and chores around the house. He just got home from daycare so I was holding him on my shoulder while doing all this. I walk through the kitchen to the laundry room with a hand full of clothes and I hear something wet hit the floor behind me.... After I put the clothes in the washer did I then realize that he threw up down the back of my shirt and onto the floor.

Hope she feels better.
