All we gotta do is outsource the economy and then we can blame it on Indians on the phone banks and everything, and when it's good we can recontract it back to ourselves. It's brilliant. He's just pissed cause he's just a secretary and all. If he went to school like me, he wouldn't have to know how to type and take dictation and stuff. sourcing! Then . . . let's just say Halliburton buys all the outsourcing. We can just say, Well that's the marketplace and it just got outsourced so you can't complain to anybody about it. Or . . . no, no WAIT! This is even better. We outsource privatizing! Geez! That's pure genuis! We'll nip it in the bud and I'll never have to study up on the economy again. WOW. No wonder I'm president!"
