Tax question

Has anyone here used HR Block?

Are they resonable? Did they do a good job?

2. They're competent and reasonably priced, but...

Since they are just preparers they won't represent you if the IRS decides to audit your return.

I use the services of an Enrolled Agent or EA. An EA costs just a little more than vanilla preparers like H&R Block, and they will represent you if you get audited.
