Pic taken at a recent practice. We've been together in this incarnation of the band since 1994, and I've played with the drummer since 1987 in one way, shape or form. I went to college with the bass player (on the right) and have known him for 20 years. I'm the fat slob on the left playing guitar.

These guys have been my best friends for two decades, through thick and thin, even when everybody else had abandoned or betrayed me (including an ex-wife). We've been through many ups and downs but we have remained great friends and bandmates. I'm quite certain we'll be making a righteous noise when we're old and deaf and chasing kids off our lawns.

Yeah, those guys are rock solid. They would visit me in the hospital. My ex-wife? She called my mom, asking two things: 1) when is he out of the hospital, and 2) where do I find a divorce lawyer? :rofl: Needless to say, my mom told her to get bent (but in a nicer way).
