Attention adult Peanut Butter Sandwich Eaters...What adult beverage goes best with PB?
My favorites for an ordinary PB sandwiches are Spatlase or Cherry Kaijaifa or Cream Sherry

With my Thai-spiced PB and Shrimp sandwich I sort of like Spotted Cow Beer--bread yeasty flavored (a Wisconsin Brew)

Should you serve a Red Wine or a White Wine with Peanut Butter? Sweet or Dry?

Is Beer appropriate with Peanut butter or is it just best with Fanta Grape?

4. Vodka, Kahlua and milk
It's the milk that makes it PBJ-worthy.

And my drinking habits were cut on Rum.

I think my older brother drank White Russians back in the late 60's.

on edit...that spelling was NOT a consequence of familiarity with Vodka.

7. Orange Fanta was the only non-cola available at the White Sea village
of Chupa back in 1999. Peanutbutter on brown bread and Fanta was the alternative to Fish and Baltika Beer.

40. I really have a box of Malto meal in the kitchen cabinet, and
several kinds of oatmeal...never tried toe PB on it, though - I prefer PB on multigrain toast with apple butter.

21. Hmm. There seems to be some confusion.
Let me help.

PB&J is stacked thusly:

Bread, PB, J, PB, Bread.

There are no other ingredients.

:hi:

Remember what it was like learning to drink beer? All those watery no-taste light beers?

Eating REAL peanut butter sandwiches is sort of like that. Start close to home, and then take some risks!

22. Milk, with or without flavorings, is winning as an adult beverage for Peanut Butter.
I suppose when you are really enjoying the combination of eating PB and drinking some memory of the beverages might be lost in the fog of mastication.

You only need the liquid to wash the peanut butter down. Anything else dilutes the taste of the peanut butter.
