Are there any hazards on the premises?

I ask my customers this before I send someone out to their property to work on the telephone equipment... sometimes I just ask 'are there any dogs or electric fences outside?'

So tonight I asked one woman if there were any dogs outside and she said "there was an 8 ft alligator hanging around yesterday, so we won't be leaving the dogs out."

I hope the phone techs in MS know how to deal with alligators!

1. Unbearable heat, hurricanes AND alligators.

What a wonderful combination.

I'm sure there are many reasons why it's a wonderful place to live, but I'm very glad I live farther north.
