I love being the only one in the office
I'm wearing flipflops, camo cargo shorts and a t-shirt advertising a tattoo studio. I wish I could dress like this everyday.

2. If it's above 50, I can wear shorts and flipflops
Outside, I'll need a sweatshirt.

3. Luckily at my office we can totally skank out if we want
Most business is over the phone or computer. In fact I may just be wearing my pj bottoms and tie dye shirt today. I can tell the theme for today is going to be sloth. Mondays.

6. Normally, I wear jeans and an oxford shirt
In my last job (a.k.a. hell on earth), I used to have to wear dress pants everyday, which I hated. Then, my supervisor attempted to say that skirts were required to be business casual. I was like, "um...no." That place was a freak show.

7. A couple of weeks ago when we had the freakishly high temps in NJ
I saw a lot of people wearing shorts at my building, I suppose it doesn't hurt to be in more of a R&D environment than a corporate HQ location after all. I know that this summer my shorts will be getting a workout here.

20. The idea behind the nutrition is pretty sound.
I don't really like the supplement end of it very much.

22. I don't think creatine is on their program.
And creatine is probably (in it's highest quality form) the best supplement on the market for the serious athlete. Just sayin'.

The Zone thing pushes Omega-3s pretty heavy and another supplement that's anti-free radical. I forget what they call it. It's not that they don't have merit, because they do, but for the average dieter the focus should be more on the food and exercise, and with proper nutrition you really don't need the extra stuff...'specially not as a peskytarian.

23. I'M NOT THE PESKY, BIG BOY
Sorry, caps lock.

I take flax seed, either as an actual food or oil, and have for a long time.

Anyway, re: creatine: it did horrible things to me when I used to take it. I became uber bloated.

24. Ha!
See? I pay zero attention. I thought I was still talking to your betrothed.

You took creatine monohydrate, right? That did have a problem with some folks (bloating). That's why you had to cycle into it and out of it.

:eyes:

Yes. I followed "directions," and the bloat was horrific. I felt like the Stay-Puf Marshmallow Man.

14. Shorts are civilized.
During the warmer months, I wear shorts and sandals in the office for about 5 months. Jeans, the rest of year. One of the corporate drones from New York came down here and was shocked by my shorts, but relented.
