Look at this...

I was in the middle of a very important phone call when he started up his mower so he could blow dust around...

2. He needs to get a bladed push mower rather than a gasoline-powered one.

I was having a lovely morning coffee and bagel in Bethesda, MD the other morning when two, not one, but TWO fellows came along with leafblowers throwing a world of dust and gasoline fumes into the air - and NO LEAVES - and left a layer of dust all over my book and who knows what in my lungs.

It's got to stop.

6. It should be legal to snipe people with gasoline leaf blowers
Furthermore, it should be legal to shoot to wound people who use leaf blowers to dust their precious driveways, so they bleed out slow.

10. The other morning I, and a few other folks, were sitting outside drinking coffee and
reading the paper in downtown Bethesda, when TWO guys came along with leaf blowers and threw a world of dust and exhaust into the air, chasing all of us away.

For no reason. There are no leaves on the ground.

5. My aunt, who lived in suburban hell, had a worse dirt lot than that for a backyard.
And every summer she'd have me come over and mow her dirt.

I don't know why, but I did it.

Fucking aunt.

9. I suddenly feel very proud of my lawn.
Aka the lumpy moss pile.

At least it's green.

14. I have changed my idea about my neighbor
I now consider him to be performing a vital public service. By keeping his lawn looking so awful, he is helping others feel better about their lawns...

15. My neighbor usually fires his up on Saturday mornings
at around 8:30... I get off work from a 12 hour shift at 6 am. Needless to say it's a little hard to sleep with all that racket. Especially since his mower seems to have lost it's muffler and it sounds like a Harley zipping around his lawn.
