Just home from doing my part to destroy the institution of marriage.

Officiated at my first same-sex wedding today. It was lovely, the reception was mad fun. And yet, the time/space continuum seems strangely intact.

I must've done something wrong. :shrug:

3. I have another one on the calendar next month.

And I'm going to go to Iowa with both couples, where they'll re-state their vows, I'll declare them married again, and sign a license, making them both religiously and legally married. I wish Illinois would start doing it, but until then, I'll just make that 2-hour drive to Davenport as often as necessary.
