What's on the grill?

Sausage, Chicken, Ribs and Corn on the cob.

I've also made potato salad, cole slaw and pinto beans.

I had a turkey burger, deviled eggs, and chips and salsa. Washed it down with water- no booze. I don't think I hurt myself too bad.

We got some nice filets at the butcher store. Also, I've made a pasta salad and we'll have a green salad as well. I got some nice eggplant appetizers, a yoghurt based appetizer and a humous from my favorite little Turkish restaurant, The Kabob House. Fabulous (and they give you fresh baked bread to go with it!).

A nice fruit compote with fresh berries with a topping made with plain yogurt mixed with some lemon curd, vanilla extract and honey. I sprinkle some sugar and some limoncello on the berries, then add a scoop of the topping and a bit of fresh mint. I'll serve it with almond biscotti and ginger cookies...

I got my new fave wine, Malbec (from Argentina) to have with the dinner. Also offering white wine, beer, sparkling water.

If we feel like it, we'll have limoncello in tiny glasses as a degustivo...

Would love to get some corn, but it is storming right now - don't know if we will be able to. :shrug:

well, there was one that the previous tenants had left, but the grill rack is so rusted that i am not going to use it. i've meant to take care of that for months, but haven't gotten around to it yet.

*sigh*

The bar is way too complex to describe; I'm sticking with Patron, neat...

Some vainilla liquour, can't remember brand (starts with a K)

Blue Moon wheat ale

There's a bottle of Ommegang Chocolate Stout,

Merlot, Chardonay...

That's all I can carry in my head...

Had the best corn on the cob with 'em.

We are having Grillers burgers on French rolls, with lettuce, tomato and onion. Corn on the cob, mixed green salad, BBQ potato chips with jalapeno dip. My guy and his bud are drinking Fat Tire, I am sticking with Italian soda.

Mustard potato salad. Bliss. Will be washed down with Shiner Bock.

At least, that's what's on the grill of my car. NOBODY crosses in front of me when I have explosive diarrhea, ya dig?
