2. Since you already have AT&T anyhow,
you might as well get the iPhone. That way you have a single gadget that does everything and you won't need to carry a separate phone around. I have an iPhone and I love it. They'll take away my iPhone when they pry it from my cold, dead fingers, or something like that.

3. Ouch!
I have an AT&T Fuze right now, but the direct link into my iMac and MBP seems a fair right easier than buying two $40 licenses of a sync program, not to mention iTunes if I choose to use that service again...
