2. Ugh....I really want a cigarette...and it's been almost three weeks now
I've even cut down on drinking....tonight, I only had seven beers...this is not going to be easy, I fear

4. Nicorette takes the edge off too.
I've been there ... stay strong but if you SLIP, you can always come back.

Don't slip, chew nicorette or the losenges. Really smoothes out the rough patches.

You make it a month - it gets better. :-) :hi:

6. I've tried Nicorette, I've tried Wellbutrin.... nothing... temporary fix, perhaps
nothing noteworthy with the withdrawal procedure. Okay, so now I'm convinced the only way to quit successfully is cold-turkey. This is the truth! This is what I know! for now......

kind of freaky, actually....they are supposed to wean you off of the nicotine addiction, but I still can't see how

Main thing is keep yourself occupied.

Not drinking is no biggie.

Not smoking though.....

I am using Chantix, and it actually helps a lot, but there are still times where I really want a cig.
