I have a Tim Hortons nutrition guide. Want me to look something up for you?
I stop in the local Tim Hortons once a day for coffee. Tonight I noticed a nutrition guide for the restaurant and picked it up. I used to eat their food, but I haven't since I started losing weight. Here's what I used to get there as a snack:

2 chocolate dip donuts
10 apple fritter Timbits
2 pints of chocolate milk

That's 420 calories for the donuts, 500 for the Timbits, and 340 for the chocolate milk, for a total of 1260 fat and sugar filled calories for my "snack." That's almost a total day's worth of calories for me now.

If you are one of those people who would like to put on weight because you are too skinny, come hang out with me for a little while. I'll show you how it's done. :)

Anyone want me to look up something for you from Tim Horton's?

4. Thanks, man
I've been meaning to ask you something. Leftymom posted a pic of you the other day and I saw that you are a body builder. I've heard that you have to consume a lot of protein to build muscle. How do you do that on a vegan diet? I know very little about body building and even less about being a vegan.

I might be headed toward a plant based diet as well. I don't think I could ever be a vegan, but I could possibly be a vegetarian. I've totally cut out the red meat. I still consume chicken and every once in a while fish.

5. Coffee, donuts, cookies, muffins, bagels, croisants, danishes, yougurt,
sandwiches, soups, other beverages.

I got to hand it to them. They've got a lot of guts to publish that nutrition info and make it easily avainable. Either that, or a lot of faith in their products.

6. I'm doing good Jeff. I hope you are, too.
A ham and swiss sandwich from Tim Hortons has 440 calories. That doesn't look too bad, but I have had a sandwich there before and they are pretty small considering the amount of calories.
