Health Care
if it's not an issue in 2004 Dems are a bunch idiots. Even people who have it fear of losing it one way or another. If there's one thing that (especially) moms worry about is health care for the family and kids.

I would propose statewide pools where you could buy it and the govt' chips in a bit to keep the costs down. You'd have a lot of options from HMO to just catastrophic and with millions of people in the same pool the cost would go down a lot.

Not to mention that the comapies would not be able to raise the rates without approval (like the energy companies have to do in certain states)

how would you solve it?
