What is it with... Demons?

I layed the candles in a perfect pentagram and at the center, a virgin for the sacrifice.

That chant, a plea to see that my enemies suffer from agonizing boils and leperosy, is one that I've been practicing for weeks... I know I got right the first time.

The dagger was razor sharp and I got the right incense straight from the Hellzapoppin catalogue.

I got it all right!!

But the Demon, Ylllorgueth, Third Supplicant to the Grand Daemon of the Fifth Circle was a big fat no show.

Does anything make these guys happy?

Demons, I never will figure them out.
