Just got my 2003 bonus check: ask me anything!

Unfortunately, it's not very big. Although my "bonus potential" is 10% of my salary and I qualify for all of it, because the company did so poorly I only get 25% of that, or 2.5% of my salary. Just enough to pay the IRS, NYS, and CT for 2003 taxes.

3. Because I can't afford the downpayment right now.

I had a condo, but deep in the suburbs. I sold it after 18 months for a nice profit, but that money is all gone for other debts. (I'm not that good with money.)
