The coveted "Tough Tusk" Award goes to.....

I didn't realize that there is such an award given out by the National Federation of the Grand Order of Pachyderm Club. This year's local recipient looks a lot like Barbara Bush with a thicker neck to sport those pearls, and a meaner, harsher looking face. The photo caused someone in my household to ask, "Why don't they just call it the tough, mean old hag award and be done with it?"

I wonder if that mean look has helped her to raise over $200,000.00 for the GOP? I might consider giving her some money out of fear. Perhaps politely asking for contributions and appealing to the sensibilites of folks is the wrong way to go with trying to raise money. I wonder what type of results the GrovelBot would have with a face like this?
