3. I hope so! It's been driving me crazy.
This one guy at my school, Brian, was so "inspired" the day after seeing that movie that he kept talking about it ALL day the next day. It was terrible... he kept asking everyone if they'd seen "the Jesus movie" and if they "loved Jesus even more now" like he did. He was even asking teachers that! So annoying...

16. I had a co-worker who could not stop talking about it.
I asked her how Christianity survived for all these years without seeing the torture of Jesus in extreme detail. No answer. She did say a very young child was there.

4. Not so fast
I got a goofy email today from a "friend". It's supposedly written by Paul Harvey and spews a bunch of crap about how wonderful Mel Gibson is, and I should go see his movie. Only read bits of it, my stomach was starting to churn so I couldn't really read the whole thing. Anyway, look for it to keep making the rounds. (not from me, it went right to the trash).

7. I'm getting tired of people telling me that the only way
to affirm my faith in Christ is by shelling out eight dollars to see some damned movie.

Read the BOOK, you morons! It's cheaper, and you might actually learn something about Christ's message (as opposed to just learning that Jesus was a bleeder).

I gotta see Dawn of the Dead I'm a big fan of the original Dead trilogy. I wonder if like all movies made in the last 3-4 years the zombies have somehow learned karate... everyone else has :)
