What's Fair-Market Cost these days for a no-frills website?

My unemployment runs out soon and I've been a bit worried about it, but less than twenty minutes ago, a pal of mine called me and told me his company (a small A/V outfit) his company is looking for someone to make a no-frills website for them and my pal told them I'd be happy to do it (which, of course, I am).

Does anyone know a what fair-market value for websites is these days, or a link(s) that could push me in the right direction?

I've made about a dozen web-sites for friends and family and never really thought about charging money, but this is too easy to pass up.

Any suggestions or directions would be appreciated.

1. I charge $20 a month

and it goes up from there...

If they want me to add/match their logo/color/font scheme i charge a flat $500

If they want me to design there look-n-feel from scratch it depends on what we are making.

2. A basic site

with three or four pages would go for anywhere from $500 to $1200--depending on how deep their pockets are. That's what I'd charge.
