4. save now is a program usually bundled with free software
I think it's included in Kazaa if you use that. Get a Spy-Ware killer (they can be found at downloads.com free) to get rid of it. It also gets rid of crap you never knew you had.

Mozilla. Make it and it's integrated email client your defaults. It stops popups and email viruses.
