The first one is obviously an ad and I've seen the tricks they do to make burgers and sandwiches to make it look much more appealing than it really is. I can't remember everything they do but I do remember they'll use a tooth pick to keep everything in place, use some kind of brush to paint grill marks on patties, etc. This was back in 2001 so my memory is not clear on this but the ads don't show they same thing they serve you at the chains.
