1. Would certainly be on a list...
.
...of my favorites.
.
Favorite scene? When the camera pulls away and away and away and away from their picnic.
.

2. I love the scenes where he plays at killing himself to upset his mother.
I know that is terrible.

This movie was on dvd only so maybe it is now on instant view.

The music makes the movie for me.

11. Not at all terrible...
.
...from the opening scene on, those are funny.
.
My favorite is when the young woman from the dating agency is chatting
with his mother and he goes out in the backyard and "sets himself on fire".
.

4. Netflix streamed
With the right box, you can watch the streamed movies on your TV.

Recently got a Blu-ray DVD player that included the necessary hookup -- now, movies on demand.

Totally rocks!

7. I just love the instant view.
I hook up the laptop to the tv sometimes to watch on the big screen.

It is nice to watch on the laptop so I can go outside or even my neighbor's house.

I have been thinking about getting a box for Netflix.

6. I had one called "Moon" in my dvd queue and it was available for instant watch
and I am watching it at this moment. It would have been one of my next videos.

Surprisingly I am getting "Return of the King" BluRay tomorrow and I thought it would be a wait considering I just put it at the top of my list last night. I use this to check out BluRays to see if I might like to buy it in BluRay.

8. The $8.99 a month is a great deal.
I stopped netflix when it was only dvds.

I love to watch the back episodes of tv shows when I want to.

10. I saw it years ago, and I was astonished to see what Bud Cort looks like now
He has a bit part in the recent biopic about Jackson Pollock.

12. Great movie...but it really needs to be seen on a large...

theater screen because of all the sight gags. Ruth Gordon did the film on a percent of profit contract. She remarked in her biography(just before she died)that she finally got a check for her share of the profits...that she didn't ever expect to make any money from the flick.

It was the first ever reversed gender May/December romance. Quite a shocker when it first came out.

Boyhood friend ran the sound dept. for the film. His Dad used to be the head of the sound dept.at Sam Goldwyn Studios.
