Smoothie Suggestions
Every time I go to the mall I go to Surf City Squeeze for a smoothie. Well, I want to try and make a smoothie at home and watched them make mine the other day. Frozen blueberries, banana puree, ice, and some whey powder or bee pollen. Think that was it.Curious if anyone here has any other suggestions for me to try. Sure I have to experiment and try it a few times til I get it down to perfection.

1. Not sure about smoothies...
.
...but used to make GREAT milkshakes at home.
.
Best ever was honeydew melon in a blender with milk and vanilla ice cream.
.
Also used to make one with orange sherbet, a banana, milk, and a raw egg!!!
.
DELICIOSO -- both of 'em.
.
Not as healthy as a smoothie, though.

2. still
still sounds good. Yes, I am trying to lose some weight and eat healthier,so smoothies are something I am trying to get recipes for. Once a day a smoothie! Blueberry banana and strawberry banana are two of my faves.

3. We do peanut butter banana smoothies
I use Peanut Butter Powder. http://www.bellplantation.com/products with a frozen banana, milk (cow, soy or almond) and a hit of chocolate sauce. If I want it extra frosty I add a little ice. If I need protein I add some powder or an egg white.

4. Brussel Sprouts
My father tried that not long ago. The results were exactly what you would expect. Not sure why he thought that was a good idea.
