They always go unanswered.

I'll err on the side of being serious; if not, no harm, no foul....and this is of course, complete speculation, but is it possible that they are being answered, but they're just not the answers you were hoping for or expecting, and so you haven't recognized them yet?And if you were just being tongue in cheek, then in the immortal words of Gilda Radner: "never mind".

I need new meds. ;-)

I'm getting to know you guys. You'll get to know me if you care to. I'd like that.

I'm one of those "spiritual but not religious" types, but I do believe that prayer may possibly be something that can do some good, even if it's just adding some miniscule energy of a positive ( hopefully) nature to the general electro-magnetic field...
I took a chance that you were being serious, because among the relatively small percentage of lounge threads that ARE serious, many begin with "vibes or prayers needed" etc. and often they're for very very serious things; most recently a DUer whose beautiful niece is dying of cancer at 14 yrs old. So I'm actually relieved that yours was just joking around. But had it been serious, and you'd made it clear that it was, you'll find that there will be people here who will send their sincere best wishes, prayers, "vibes" etc to a stranger who asks for them, and just the knowing that complete strangers care, lifts their spirits at least a little. Sorry to get all serious on your non-serious post, but thought you'd maybe want to know that about the lounge, if you didn't already ( which you probably did...so why the hell am I telling you again...I don't fuckin' know..)
