Spring colds are the WORST - ugh. Sniffle

This one hit kamikaze-style. One minute, fine. Next minute, a sneeze, and a full-on head cold onslaught.

Thankfully, it also seems to be moving quickly through my system - I feel better already after about 36 hours.

Anyone else struggling with a head-full of snot?

2. oh yes, I also had no tissue in the house aside from the

friendly roll of toilet paper... so the wiping-nose-with-arm is a familiar gesture!

4. Are you sure it's a cold and not a reaction to all the nasty pollen in the air?

I'm just curious, because I'm similarly uncomfortable, so is my wife and our daughter. So are half the people in my office. They all say they have colds. I think it's a little too epidemic to be just a cold going round.

Oh, my gods... Maybe it's swine flu!!

5. it felt like a cold at the start -- OK one minute, the

next minute really congested, sore throat, and for me, unfortunately, there is a bit of a digestive distress, too. Some sort of fast-acting virus.

It could have a strong allergy component, though.

6. Same to you. Sounds very similar to what I and my family have.

Scratchy throat. Headaches. Nose alternating between stuffed and running.

In a word: bleeech.
